Angola Nazarenes celebrate with joy

Local congregations of the Church of the Nazarene throughout Angola celebrated the Centennial with songs of joy and great participation.

Missionaries Danilo and Maria Carvalho joined Pastors Natal and Torto and the congregation at the Golfo 2 Church of the Nazarene in Luanda. There was great music and special participation of children, youth, and adults.

At the end of the celebration service, everyone joined in singing "Happy Birthday to the Church of Nazarene" on its 100th anniversary. The presence of the Holy Spirit was there as the people praised God for the Nazarene mission around the world: To make Christlike disciples in the nations. The congregation then had dinner together, including anniversary cake.
