Highlights of the 2009 Nazarene Financial Services report, presented to the General Board during its 87th Session, February 19-22, 2010:

- Giving to the World Evangelism Fund totaled $45,906,503, a 5.6% decrease from 2008
- Giving to Mission Specials totaled $22,005,165, a 24.82% decrease from 2008
- Faithful Nazarenes raised a total of $67,911,669 (all figures USD) for the World Evangelism Fund and Missions Specials, reflecting a 12.82% decrease from 2008
- USA Churches paid 89.27% of their accepted WEF allocations, a decrease from 93.52% the prior year
- The Global Ministry Center debt is being serviced from donor pledges, gifts, and non-World Evangelism Funds; no World Evangelism Funds have been, or will be, utilized for debt service
- The former Nazarene Headquarters campus at 6401 The Paseo remains on the market and all sale proceeds will be applied to the Global Ministry Center debt
- Donor Services handled 250,000 transactions and Online Giving transactions exceeded $5.5 million
- The USA Church of the Nazarene Loan Fund ended the year with assets of $29,854,124, an increase of $1,247,254 over the prior year
- Pensions and Benefits International's retirement program for clergy and lay employees grew to over 800 participants and $2.0 million in assets; and Pensions and Benefits USA touched the lives of nearly 14,000 ministers and their families with an array of services in 2009
- Funding the Mission, the new method of funding the Global Mission, educational institutions, pension plans, and districts is being taught to 19,000 churches worldwide; Stewardship Ministries is facilitating the process through marketing, web development, onsite teaching events, and an online tracking tool
