The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who have recently gone home to be with the Lord. Notices were received November 7-11, 2011.

David D. Amick Jr., 65, of Abingdon, Illinois, passed away November 3. He was a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene, serving in Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Amick.

Velma L. Anderson, 74, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away November 4. She was the wife of Lester L. Anderson, a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene who served in Missouri and Illinois. 

Wayne F. Hagemeier, 95, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away October 26. He was a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene, serving in New Mexico, Idaho, and Washington. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Hagemeier, who passed away in 2000.

Emma Jean Isaacs, 80, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away November 4. As a layperson at the Southview Church of the Nazarene she was a Sunday school teacher for 50 years and was very active in the music program. 

E. Bernice Maish, 82, of Xenia, Ohio, passed away November 6. She was the widow of Harold J. Maish, a pastor in the Church of the Nazarene who served in Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, and West Virginia. Harold J. Maish passed away in 2004.

Barbara A. Miller, 70, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, passed away November 9. She was the wife of Leonard J. Miller, a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene who served in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri.

John M. "Jack" Scharn, 82, of San Diego, California, passed away October 29. He was a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene, serving in Kansas and California. He is survived by his wife R. Aileen Scharn.

Rebecca Scharn, 83, of Oceano, California, passed away November 2. She was the wife of Richard W. Scharn, a retired minister in the Church of the Nazarene who served in Kansas and California. Rebecca was the sister-in-law of John M. "Jack" Scharn, listed above.

Marilyn K. (Albin) Shepherd, 70, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away November 3. She was the wife of Robert O. Shepherd, pastor of the Georgetown, Indiana, Church of the Nazarene since 2008. He previously served in Milltown and Clarksville (Parkwood). 

Melvin L. Wilkinson, 86, of Madisonville, Kentucky, passed away November 8. He was a retired minister and evangelist in the Church of the Nazarene, serving in Indiana and Kentucky. He is survived by his wife, Carol E. Wilkinson.
