General superintendent receives Billion Soul Leadership Award

On February 21, Church of the Nazarene General Superintendent Jesse C. Middendorf was awarded the Billion Soul Leadership Award by the more than 200 cochairs of the Billion Soul Network.
Existing in every country, Billion Soul is a growing coalition of more than 1,300 denominations and Christian ministries, with over 400,000 churches. James O. Davis, co-founder of the Billion Soul Network, presented the award to Middendorf at the Global Ministry Center for the Church of the Nazarene in Lenexa, Kansas.
Middendorf has demonstrated Kingdom-minded leadership for the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our lifetime. His life and ministry will be featured in the “Leadership Development” section of the Global Church Learning Center (www.Billion.tv). Through his life and leadership, the Church of the Nazarene in particular and the Global Church in general have made enormous advances toward building strong, vibrant, synergistic partnerships that are bringing untold millions of people to a saving knowledge of Christ.
