Believe it or not, only 10 months remain until the Church of the Nazarene’s General Assembly and Conventions next summer.

Themed “Making Christlike Disciples in the Nations,” this inspirational and educational gathering will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, June 19-27, 2013.

General Assembly is an ideal opportunity for families to unite and share in their faith. It's also a chance for attendees to learn more about their extended church family, meet fellow members from around the nation and the world, and participate in local mission projects.

More than 20,000 Nazarenes are expected to attend the denomination’s quadrennial event. To assist participants in planning for and promoting this life-changing experience, the 2013 General Assembly website is now live at www.nazarene.org/ga

The site contains needed information and resources for planners and participants. Produced by the General Assembly Planning Committee, nazarene.org/ga will be updated frequently with the latest announcements about the assembly and the Nazarene Youth International, Nazarene Missions International, and Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries International conventions. Information is also available on the International Higher Education Council Conference.

The planning committee’s ultimate goal is to enable more Nazarenes to experience this moving, meaningful experience firsthand. To help achieve this goal, they strive to learn why people attend General Assembly... and why they do not.

The following survey was prepared to help this process.

“We want to hear from you. We value your opinion and hope that you will take a few minutes to complete this online survey,” said Diane Miller, meeting arrangements coordinator. “Thank you, in advance, for helping us make the 2013 General Assembly and Global Conventions a success.”

To take the survey, click here. Your time is appreciated. (Note: The survey is also available in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.)
