Judith Baker, a Nazarene from Nashville, is a finalist for the second annual "Christian Indie Alliance MOMENTUM" Awards, to be handed out at the upcoming CIA Summit Conference March 29 through April 1 in Franklin, Tennessee.

Produced by IndieHeaven, a leading Christian independent artist organization, this is the 2nd annual "Christian Indie Alliance MOMENTUM" awards. Many artists received nominations for the awards, with more than 5,000 nominations being placed by fans and web surfers. Each category has just five finalists.

Baker is a former Jehovah's Witness with a unique testimony about how she came to know Christ Jesus as her Savior. In 1996, after many years in the secular music industry, Baker was called to a career in Christian music. By 2003, the Church of the Nazarene registered Baker as a song evangelist. Now living in Nashville, she ministers throughout the southeastern U.S. at churches and various events.
