In a tour of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama, Eugénio R. Duarte conducted his first district assemblies on the Mexico/Central America Region. Elected as the 37th general superintendent in the Church of the Nazarene at the 2009 General Assembly, Duarte now has jurisdiction over the MAC Region. Traveling with Regional Director Carlos Saenz, he observed the fruits of the evangelistic thrust to plant new churches in Central America.

NNU sets transfer student record, reports strong retention in spring enrollment

Northwest Nazarene University released enrollment figures recently indicating strong numbers for the spring. President David Alexander reported a record number of transfer students, an increase in graduate program students, and a 97.22 percent retention rate for fall-to-spring enrollment.
