Siloam Mission launches annual inner-city challenge

More than 100 volunteers participated in Siloam Mission’s first annual Inner-City Challenge on September 29, walking nearly 1.5 miles to get a taste of what life is like for, and to “walk in the shoes of,” Winnipeg’s inner-city poor and homeless. A number of the 120 participants also brought their sleeping bags and slept overnight on the floors of Siloam Mission. read more

NPH employees setting aside time for Sacred Encounters with God

The 225 employees of Nazarene Publishing House are joining together for a six-week study of spiritual disciplines, based on the book Rendezvous: A Sacred Encounter with God. NPH employees have committed to reading a selection from Rendezvous every day for 40 days and to meeting in 20 small groups once a week for study and prayer. read more

MVNU sees record enrollment, record housing
Mount Vernon Nazarene University has experienced another record enrollment year-for the 16th year in a row. The 2007 total enrollment hit 2,675, combining total undergraduate, adult, and graduate student populations. read more
