Update: Connected Church of the Nazarene continues to hold services after fire
|
Salvaged from a fire that destroyed the Carson City, Nevada Connected Church of the Nazarene earlier this month was an old wooden cross. During the first service after the fire, Pastor J.J. Tuttle paused for a moment at the recovered cross, and after looking up, said, "Strange to me that a wooden cross doesn't burn in a fire." (Video, Slideshow) read more

A bus carrying 50 passengers between Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Cotonou, Benin was struck at an intersection and pushed into a ravine. Two Nazarenes on board were robbed following the crash. read more
