MVNU to begin transition to NCAA Division II
Mount Vernon Nazarene University has announced that it will apply to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to join its ranks as a Division II member. This transition, which will be a three year process, was approved by the MVNU board of trustees at its recent spring meeting. MVNU is currently a part of NAIA Athletics. read more

Many Nazarenes, for various reasons, are unable to attend church services each Sunday. In turn, many Nazarene churches publish sermons to their respective web sites, be it in the form of a text document, audio file, video file, or even webcasting a service live. read more

Historic ordination ceremony in the Southern Cone
Nazarene leaders in the South America Region continue to witness the development of districts, churches, and the leaders of the Southern Cone Field. PLNU students to live on $2 a day
From April 1-3, a group of approximately 25 Point Loma Nazarene University students will spend their time sleeping in cardboard shanties, boiling their drinking water, and living on just $2 a day. It's all part of the Two Dollar Challenge, an educational movement that engages students in the fight against global and domestic poverty. read more
